I purchased an item on my Android device but haven’t received it. What shall I do?

If you have a query about an Android purchase, please email us at mobile.goecorush@gmail.com and have your purchase receipt and order number ready. The order number can be found on the purchase receipt and looks like this: 1234567890123456789.123456789012345678901 or GPA:0123-4567-8998-7654-01624.

If you are unable to find your purchase receipt, you can sign in to Google Wallet to retrieve it – visit, https://www.google.com/wallet/

I purchased an item on my iOS device but haven’t received it. What shall I do?

If you purchased an item but did not receive it and would like a credit in game, please create customer support ticket below. Write us your USER ID which can be found in setting screen.

I am going to change my device, can I restore progress on new device?

Yes you can, but you have to cloud save your progress on old device. On old device navigate to settings screen, then click Cloud save and SAVE. Then on new device load data from cloud.

Can I withdraw my winnings?

No. This game has only virtual currency and scratchers which cannot be cashed out or redeemed for real money. Game is intended for an adult audience and for entertainment purposes only. Success in this game does not imply future success in real world gambling.

Will be there cashout option in the future?
